Documents Required for Hajj and Umrah

1. Passport Valid for at least 6 months with 4 empty pages.
2. Color Copy of Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or U.S Re-Entry permit.
3. H1 - Visa Holder- a copy of your H1 or Work & Re-Entry Permit.
4. Visa application with six [6] photographs two [2] for Umrah (on a White Back ground with applicant’s name on back of each photo).
5. Vaccination record for Meningitis and H1N1(valid up to 3 years).
6. Copy of Marriage Certificate* for Couples.
7. Copy of Birth Certificate* for the children
